Same old garbage 74% of the play and not a single shot on target. Carrick learns nothing from watching us play. It's play one way and carry on playing it despite the outcome.
Whether we come back into it or not he needs to be sacked.

Watch it Carrick has his fans on here & they will go after you if you say anything against him.

The longer we have to prepare for a game, the worse we are.

That was abysmal again. Where the hell is the urgency?

13 shots and none on target is a disgrace for a home team going for the play offs.

What a mistake it was to keep Carrick in charge. Utterly abysmal.

We sack him after Watford and this team comfortably makes the playoffs.

It's so obvious that it's the way we play and not the players that's holding us back.

We’ve got a central midfielder and a left back at centre back but two centre backs on the bench. The left winger we signed is playing left back because the left back is playing centre back. The striker we signed to replace the striker we sold is playing on the right wing while the two right wingers we have sit next to the two centre backs on the bench.

It is farcical. Absolutely farcical.

Nothing surprises me anymore with MC. Only Woodgate has been a more clueless manager in our recent history, and he's our #2.

I think I mentioned this a few weeks ago....but you can almost predict what's gonna happen based on the first 5 or ten mins of the game starting. Which Boro is it this week? How can a side with obvious quality produce some turgid performances and fail to hit the back of the net. I don't know which is worse... listening to the game and knowing we're garbage or having to hear the bloody jawdees doing their open top bus thing. I'm in gosforth and they're having a party day in the town moor here. Saving grace is we won't be playing em next season I suppose!!!

The system is broken. I like Carrick - but persisting with this when it's clearly been figured out by the opposition is madness. He needs to innovate.

It should’ve been put to bed after Watford. It is absolutely excruciating to watch this playing out like it is and has done for the past 3-4 months.

We absolutely should have got shot of Carrick months ago, when it turned. We’ve thrown away this season. The players are all consistently playing well below their level.

Watching the Oxford goal back from the first flick on its in the air for a long time and not one Boro player attacks it...that is what you get with this team...they just don't want it enough.
